This historic residence has been thoughtfully reimagined for 21st-century living, honoring Herbert J. Haguewood’s original 1950s design while introducing modern luxury and technical sophistication. From structural leveling and foundation stabilization to fully upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, every detail has been considered. Interiors showcase rift-sawn oak cabinetry, glass and porcelain tiles, and a bespoke Japanese soaking tub with steam shower. Expansive windows and natural wood finishes bring warmth and highlight sweeping views, while the exterior boasts new decks, landscaping, steel retaining walls, lighting, and privacy features. The result is a Pacific Northwest Modern home that balances heritage and innovation, blending the elegance of the past with contemporary functionality and serene, nature-infused living.
