This project is a full transformation of a lakefront home that’s been in the family for generations. The owner has memories of working on the house and property with his dad when he was young, so every update carries a bit of history with it.

Some of the standout features include a completely new kitchen with custom rift-sawn white oak cabinets. Custom-milled oak tongue-and-groove running through the living room and main floor. A beautiful rift-sawn white oak pivot entry door and extensive Bluestone and Basalt hardscaping and a pedestal deck. Along with gorgeous built-ins featured in the primary bedroom.

The major electrical upgrade, included a new 200A service, backup generator, EV chargers, RV hookups, and a subpanel that powers the dock’s boat lifts and shore power. In addition, the entire west wing was supported temporarily in order to could dig out the crawl space underneath. This allowed a new foundation and creation of a conditioned storage room set up to become a future home theater.

This is an ongoing project and we are honored to help update and improve this unique home.
