Who We Are
Founded in Seattle in 1981 and currently comprised of over 275(?) years of combined experience as a staff, Prestige Residential Construction has established itself as a premier general contractor through our consistent emphasis on craftsmanship, attention to detail, integrity, approachability, effective communication, transparent & fair pricing, and overall professionalism.
Prestige is spearheaded by Pat Radwick, a XX year building professional who, like most of our team, began his career as a Carpenter and progressed through years of building fine homes throughout the Greater Puget Sound & surrounding areas.
Though we come from different places & backgrounds, we all share a similar approach to our work. This is based in our core value of “Respect & Protect.” These two simple words encompass most everything we aspire to as a group. They represent our appreciation for our clients and their homes & Investment, our relationships with our partners in design & specialty trade work, our relationships with each other as co-workers, our respect for the communities that we live in and serve, our respect for the environment and overall world that we share…and perhaps most importantly our respect for, and obligation to protect, true Craftsmanship.
While “Respect & protect,” serves as our ethical compass, we chose the word CRAFTED to speak to what we put out into the world. Whether it’s creating an estimate, writing an email, setting a job site sign, stacking lumber, or building or remodeling an entire home we work hard to infuse all of our efforts with Craftsmanship.
Pat Radwick I Founder
Pat joined the Prestige team in 2006, became partner in 2016, and assumed the role of president in January of 2023. He shares Jeff’s passion for quality, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to client satisfaction. Pat has more than thirty years of building experience and is devoted to maintaining a standard of excellence that exemplifies the Prestige tradition.
Autmn Tooley I Principle - HR and Finance
Autmn joined the Prestige Team in 2020 and became a partner in 2024. Bringing over a decade of experience in finance and human resources, she provides a strong foundation of support for the team and is deeply committed to advancing their shared dedication to excellence in construction.
