Founded in Seattle in 1981 and currently comprised of over 200 years of combined experience as a staff, Prestige Residential Construction has established itself as a premier general contractor throughout the Greater Puget Sound & surrounding areas. We emphasize craftsmanship, attention-to-detail, integrity, approachability, effective communication, transparent & fair pricing, & overall professionalism.
The company is spearheaded by Pat Radwick, a XX year builder who, like most of our team, established himself as a Carpenter and progressed through years of building fine homes through the Greater Puget Sound & surrounding areas. Autmn Tooley, our Principal HR & Finance Coordinator, assumed a minority ownership role in 2025 as well. Being a team of builders first & foremost is a cornerstone of our organization.
Though we come from different places & backgrounds, we all share a similar approach to our work and how we operate. This is based in our core values with additional priority placed on mutual respect, being serious about our work without taking ourselves too seriously (Operating with humility & having fun in what we do), and respect for the communities that we live in and serve as well as the environment and overall world that we share.
Above all, we hold craftsmanship as our cornerstone value.
This word, CRAFTED, is synonymous with our company name because it is at the core of everything that we do.
Whether creating an estimate, writing an email, setting a job site sign, vacuuming a job site, or building an entire home we infuse every effort with Craftsmanship.
Pat Radwick I Founder
Pat joined the Prestige team in 2006, became partner in 2016, and assumed the role of president in January of 2023. He shares Jeff’s passion for quality, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to client satisfaction. Pat has more than thirty years of building experience and is devoted to maintaining a standard of excellence that exemplifies the Prestige tradition.
Autmn Tooley I Principle - HR and Finance
Autmn joined the Prestige Team in 2020 and became a partner in 2024. Bringing over a decade of experience in finance and human resources, she provides a strong foundation of support for the team and is deeply committed to advancing their shared dedication to excellence in construction.
Derek Robinson I Project Manager
Derek joined the Prestige Team in 2021 and has expanded the organization to include the Islands division.
