Passive & Net-Zero New Construction
Washington state, in alignment with nationwide objectives set out by the Department Of Energy, has committed to achieving net-zero new construction by 2050 with a 70% reduction by 2031. This ambitious-but-critical goal requires overarching cooperation by governing bodies and forward-thinking homeowners & builders. As a collection of builders sharing this planet, we are fully invested in doing our part to achieve this objective through our support of these construction methods. If you have a Passive or Net-Zero project, or any project which utilizes progressive aspects even if it isn’t technically Passive or Net-Zero, we would love to partner with you.

We support alternative methods such as SIPs, timber, mass timber, hemp & straw bale, earthen homes, container homes, whatever you can throw at us we are onboard and have the talent & experience to build to your specifications.
DADU’s & ADU’s
Maximizing the use of your land or existing home by adding a second dwelling is a great way to add value, provide for family, or earn rental income. With years of experience navigating the process of building DADU’s & ADU’s, we are here to help you achieve your goals.

Alternative Foundation Systems
Traditionally formed concrete foundations aren’t the only way to securely underpin a structure. We support the use of alternate foundation systems such as ICF’s, ground beams, and piles of all varieties.
