This project unfolded in two phases. The first phase focused on a complete remodel of the kitchen and dining room, led by MLB Design Group. Later, we returned with a larger remodel and a new design team — Adams Architecture and Color & Design Studio — to reimagine the entire home.

Phase two included a full-scale renovation throughout the house, featuring a new breezeway, cabana, pool deck, and pool surround. A standout transformation was the conversion of the traditional turret into a primary bathroom. The thoughtful use of color, tile, wallpaper, and architectural details strikes a perfect balance, enhancing the personality of the home while honoring its traditional Tudor style.
